Specializing in executive search for more than 15 years, Yosef has always had an affinity for the RIA and Family Office arenas. He finds the leaders in this space to be true fiduciaries with deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirits and prides himself on being a part of making their companies great. A strong believer in the Fee-based/Fee-Only Independent RIA and Family Office industry, he is on a mission to place professionals at every level, from associate to senior management, who have not only superior qualifications, but the ability and spirit to deepen relationships and grow businesses.
Starting out in the industry as a part-time researcher in 2005, Yosef quickly progressed to a junior recruiter within months. Less than 10 years later, he’d worked his way up to partner specializing in Wealth Management building long-term relationships with leading multi-billion-dollar Financial Services firms. In 2017, Yosef founded Leah Yosef International, becoming a leader in the Wealth & Investment Management Division. In his spare time, Yosef enjoys sharpening his skills by attending investment management and recruiting-related seminars and conferences, international travel, spiritual retreats, aerial yoga, Krav Maga, volunteering in his local Long Beach community, and spending quality time with Leah, his better half, and their remarkable children.
Darcie proudly joined the Leah Yosef International team in 2018. She is fundamentally driven to connect people to opportunities that boost their career and personal growth. Darcie is committed to providing a boutique experience, modeled after the type that our constituents are accustomed to providing their clientele.
Darcie’s dynamic background includes public relations, client services, and executive support in a variety of professional environments: wealth management, law, higher education, and the arts. She built a strong career-long reputation for committed service to a wide array of individuals and companies — from the local community through very high-profile levels. As the front-line liaison (and scheduling maven) for our firm, Darcie helps ensure that clients and candidates receive thorough, tailored care, as well as expedient attention to their needs and questions.
Darcie is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has worked on numerous projects with top-tier music industry figures. She shares her life with her husband David and his teenage sons.
Shani joined the Leah Yosef International team in 2019. As an MBA from Bar Ilan University, Shani’s rich background is a convergence of marketing, sales administration, best practices research, and customer success. Through the course of his career, Shani has held positions that engaged both his marketing, CRM, and client relations acumen alongside his analysis skillset.
Shani’s gift for qualitative and quantitative research helps us quickly identify and connect with exceptional candidates who can meet our client firms’ evolving executive search needs. As a recruiting consultant, Shani engages talent and helps us facilitate introductions to some of the best opportunities the industry has to offer.
Some of Shani’s career highlights include being the visionary leader behind a thriving glass and art gallery and being part of the team that introduced the Hershey’s line of candy to the Israel marketplace. He shares his life with his wife Ariella and their family.
