  • Directly advised wealth and asset management firms ($50MM–$10B AUM) on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, leading 10+ completed deals
  • Manage entire process, including creating marketing materials, sourcing counterparties, conducting conference calls, negotiating terms, performing due diligence and assisting in closing of transactions valued between $40 Million and $400 Million+
  • Led strategy discussions with clients to decide on acquisition/merger goals
  • 15+ years of experience, all at the same firm
