  • Leads, motivates, mentors, and coaches a successful team of 18 advisors that is consistently rated #1 in the country based on asset growth 
  • Played a pivotal role in moving his team upstream to higher-end clients ($5M+ level clientele) by focusing on community engagement, brand ambassadorship and in person events and meetings  
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in addition to 8 years of business development experience as an individual contributor 
  • Exploring opportunities in the 500-800k range; open to considering new geographic locations on a case-by-case basis
