Highlights

• Create, implement and lead engaging and interactive process-focused training content for Wealth Associates, including shadowing sessions, lunch and learns, and one-on-one training.
• Implement streamlined business optimization for the entire Wealth Management team, which provides comprehensive wealth advisory and investment services by delivering high-touch, consistent, and optimized deliverables within a 40+ professional single-family office
• Work closely with senior management to identify key areas of opportunity that will impact the future of a multi-generational 50+ household family
