• Leading National RIA seeks a Senior Business Development Officer to nurture strategic relationships across the Pacific Northwest
• The Firm has been growing consistently at a rate of 30% year over year with a fast paced, collegial culture, with extensive operational, investment, financial planning, and relationship management support.
• Ability to lead with a customized financial planning approach, tax services, trust services, and/or deep investment expertise inclusive of hedging strategies, real estate, and private investments to complement a traditional investment approach.
• The position has until now been serviced by a non-local Business Development Officer. Due to a significant increase in leads, the firm has invested in local infrastructure and is actively seeking local talent.
• Competitive base compensation in the 195-225 range with significant business development incentives that provide payouts in perpetuity (no cap on the upside)
