• Serve as a strategic operational leader for a growing, employee-owned Multi-Family Office that serves as a family’s closest advisor across investments, wealth transfer, planning, and broader family office needs.
• Provide strategic operational leadership across investment operations, client service, technology, systems, compliance, custodial operations, and finance, continually evolving the firm’s infrastructure and processes to improve effectiveness and strengthen execution.
• Identify and implement technology, data, automation, and AI initiatives that strengthen the firm’s capabilities, improve scalability, and position the organization for its next stage of growth.
• Work closely with experienced department leaders, drawing on their expertise to shape strategy and drive execution while developing team members and strengthening leadership across the organization.
• Deep commitment to independence minimizes conflicts of interest and supports the long-term continuity of the firm.
• The firm excels at providing exclusive access to unique investment vehicles that provide value and long term growth for ultra high net worth clientele ($100M+ net worths).
• Strong in-house wealth transfer capabilities, including a dedicated estate planning department.
• Extremely low client to advisor ratios supported by well-rounded and technically adept lead advisors.
• $400,000+ first-year compensation, including a significant base salary, competitive profit and performance-based bonuses, and top tier benefits.
