Overview

• A Top Tier National RIA with 50B+ AUM is seeking a National Practice Leader to manage its 5B+ AUM mass affluent segment (300k-1M AUM) and lead go-to-market efforts for new offerings.

Highlights

• Oversee a dynamic team of ~50 advisors who meet in-person with mass affluent clientele nationwide, with a focus on new client growth, retention, client satisfaction, productivity, and employee engagement and career advancement

  
  

• Provide team with a continual vision and path forward including goal setting, helping to focus the team on the most important issues, and coaching 5 segment leaders to align behaviors with business outcomes

  
  

• Manage for efficient utilization of regional resources, staffing, operating margins and workflows and drive adoption of firmwide tools and technology that create more effective client experiences

  
  

• Actively engage with business development leaders to support channel partner and community relationships and activities and partner with market and divisional leaders to activate regional growth plans
