Dynamic, fast growing 1B+ AUM Independent RIA is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to source and manage relationships that are developed from custodial referral channel leads.

Not a commissioned sales role. No portable book of business required.

• Main lead generation sources are located in Newport Beach, Mission Viejo and San Clemente

• The Firm has operated within the custodial channels for over a decade, building customized portfolios composed of individual securities, fixed income positions, and select ETFs.

• Independent RIA with consistent year over year growth with a collegial culture, and extensive operational, investment, financial planning and relationship management support.

• Compensation parameters: $150,000 – $250,000 first year package with an extremely competitive revenue share model
