Dynamic, fast-growing Multi-Family Office is seeking a Ultra High Net Worth Tax Professional to serve as the Lead Relationship Manager to 20M+ level clientele with a focus on developing and implementing complex wealth transfer and tax mitigation strategies for UHNW families.

No Tax Compliance, No Billable Hours, Not a Commissioned Sales Role

Key Responsibilities

  • This role partners directly with the founder and the firms members in an ensemble practice to manage all aspects of ultra-high net worth client relationships
  • Deliver comprehensive tax planning, estate planning, and overall wealth strategy
  • Collaborate with external advisors including estate planning attorneys, accountants, and other tax professionals
  • Partner with internal investment and operations teams to deliver integrated investment planning and client service 
  • Maintain a strong client-first focus, emphasizing client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • CPA required with 10+ years of client-facing experience advising ultra-high net worth clients
  • This role is ideal for a Tax Manager/Senior Manager/Director to move away from compliance and billable hours into a Research and Planning driven role for Ultra High Net Worth Clientele
