 Overview

Dynamic, rapidly growing independent RIA with over 12B in AUM is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager and a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to service a book of high-net-worth clients in addition to serving as the primary contact for the firm for M&A opportunities and advisor partnerships.

 Role Overview

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Serve as a primary contact for M&A opportunities, managing outreach and relationship-building with prospective sellers. Work directly with a firm partner together to clearly articulate the value proposition and partnership model.
  • Advisor Team Recruitment: Cultivate relationships with advisor teams and external recruiters, acting as a trusted point of contact to introduce the firm’s culture, platform, and support model.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the firm at conferences, forums, and industry events, leveraging networks of custodians, consultants, and centers of influence to expand visibility and sourcing opportunities.
