  • Led all investment functions — ran the full investment platform, created firm-wide policy, built custom allocations, and managed all research and operations staff 
  • Proven success driving change and earning trust quickly 
  • 15+ years of experience; CFA and CFP 
  • Deep investment knowledge and strong client-facing planning skills 
  • Built and led transition from broker-dealer to hybrid RIA — managed the shift in structure, tech, and operations, improving firm efficiency and compliance. 
  • Produces monthly and quarterly market commentary, hosts client webinars, and equips 20 advisor practices with clear, timely investment insights
