  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of a multibillion-dollar investment manager and full-service single-family office.
  • Expanded family office from 3 households to 17 households over a 10-year period
  • Built family office services from limited tax compliance and bill pay to comprehensive functions including estate planning, cash flow management, tax forecasting, security, and HR
  • Developed an investment portfolio transitioning from direct investing to an endowment-style external manager approach
  • Designed and implemented investment advisory committees and sophisticated financial management processes
  • Successfully transitioned leadership, bringing the next generation (generation five) into active management of the family office
