  • Most recently implemented firm wide AI training and adoption strategy, resulting in measurable productivity and service improvements across teams
  • Proven player-coach who remains the primary advisor to select UHNW families while developing junior professionals into leadership roles
  • Seeking a President / COO / Managing Partner-level opportunity offering meaningful equity, strategic influence, and a strong fiduciary culture; open across the West Coast
