  • Led firm-wide modernization including Salesforce optimization, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, compliance oversight, and client onboarding across a 40+ employee, multi–location organization
  • Directed strategic transformation and integration of advisory, trust, operations, and technology functions while improving client engagement
  • Exploring compensation packages in the $400k+ range
