Requirements

• At least 15 years of leadership experience within wealth management, a family office, or a closely related ultra-high-net-worth advisory environment.
• Demonstrated success winning significant new family relationships and expanding business with existing clients, family offices, foundations, and centers of influence.
• A collaborative leadership style, executive-level communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to develop leaders while holding teams accountable.
