Overview

Well established Multi-Billion AUM and fully independent RIA is seeking a Principal, Strategic Growth in Sausalito, CA to close business within the Schwab Advisor Network and organically. This is a long-term opportunity to become an equity owner and leader at the firm by accelerating the continued buildout of the region through closing custodial channel leads.

The firm has a strong history of success with the SAN platform for over 30 years

and is on matrix with 12 local branches; potential to close 200M+ AUM annually.

Highlights

• Create meaningful relationships with Schwab Advisor Network
• Point of contact for all referral platform leads and assist with driving local organic flows
• Focus on closing high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele with high retention incentivized
• Deep industry and in-house understanding of holistic wealth planning (leading with planning), investment strategies, estate planning, wealth management including tax planning, cross border estate planning, intergenerational wealth planning, executive compensation and philanthropic advisory
• The Firm has process oriented GIPS compliant investment strategies that have outperformed indexes after fees for over 17 years with a highly differentiated Risk Management model and unique performance-based fees
• Competitive compensation package including a significant base salary, performance and profit-based bonuses, business development incentives.
• $400,000+ first year compensation package and clear path to equity.
